If you are in an unsafe situation
making a safety plan is very important. If you have children you should include them in the safety planning process. You can make a safety plan yourself or you can call (907) 835-2999 or 1 (800) 835-4044 and an advocate can help you develop a safety plan.
Here are a few things to consider when making a safety plan.
If you do make a safety plan make sure you keep it in a place where your partner can't find it.
